Regarding the protection of all personal information handled by the Company, we fully recognize our social mission and shall comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information and the protection of the rights of the individual. Furthermore, we hereby declare that we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System to embody the policies set forth below, and will work as a whole company to continuously improve this system while remaining constantly aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and fluctuations in the management environment.

  1. Personal information shall be acquired, used, and provided only to the extent necessary for the Company's legitimate business execution in the operation of various services, the holding of recruitment events, and consulting in recruitment operations, as well as for the employment and personnel management of employees. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use (non-purpose use). In addition, we will take measures to prevent non-purpose use.
  2. We will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the protection of personal information.
  3. To address risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will invest management resources consistent with the actual conditions of the business to implement reasonable safety measures and continuously improve our personal information security system. Furthermore, if a problem is identified regarding the protection of personal information, we will promptly take corrective measures.   4. We will respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
  5. The Personal Information Protection Management System will be reviewed in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the environment surrounding the Company, and its improvement will be continuously promoted.

  6. Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data

    Regarding the retained personal data held by the Company, we will promptly respond to requests from the individual for disclosure, etc. (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties). If requested, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the person making the request is the individual or their representative.

    2. Procedures for Requests for Disclosure, etc.
      (1) After receiving the request, we will mail the prescribed request form "Retained Personal Data Disclosure Request Form."
      (2) Please mail or email the completed request form, documents confirming the representative (if the request is made by a representative), and a postal money order for the fee (only for notification of purpose of use and disclosure requests) to the Personal Information Inquiry Desk.
      (3) Upon receipt of the request form, we will inquire about approximately two items that can verify the individual's identity from the personal information registered with us (e.g., phone number and date of birth).
      (4) In principle, responses will be provided to the individual in writing (by mail).
    3. Documents to Confirm Representative Status (if applicable)
      If the person requesting disclosure, etc. is a representative, please enclose documents proving representative authority and documents proving the identity of the representative. For information on registered domicile, please limit it to the prefecture and black out other details. Please ensure that the documents do not contain your Individual Number (My Number) or ensure that all digits are completely redacted.

  7. Measures Taken for the Safety Management of Personal Information

    To strictly handle personal information, the Company has formulated regulations regarding personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Policy compliant with JIS Q 15001 and operates a Personal Information Protection Management System.
    To ensure the proper handling of personal information, we implement safety management measures from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical.
