CEO Message

Craft as many careers as there are people

We are deeply grateful to all our stakeholders, including our customers, business partners, and shareholders, who have continued to support ONE CAREER Inc. since we were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market on October 7, 2021. We are also sincerely thankful to those who have become shareholders and for their trust and support of our growth.

We established our company in August 2015, and have been developing services such as “ONE CAREER,” “ONE CAREER PLUS,” and “ONE CAREER CLOUD” as platforms for individuals and companies to access all kinds of data related to job selection (“career data”). For many people, work is the most important investment of their time, yet there is a lack of data to inform their decisions when it comes to choosing a job, and unfortunately, there is still no end to the number of people who regret their choice after entering the workforce.

Our mission is to “Craft as many careers as there are people.” We aim to create a society where everyone can freely choose how they work by disclosing career data. We also aim to promote the DX of the recruitment market in an ever-diversifying society, by embracing the careers of all individuals and unifying career data.

Corporate Governance

Our basic policy of corporate governance

We regard corporate governance as the most important foundation of our corporate behavior to achieve sustainable growth, enhance corporate value over the medium to long term, and earn the trust of all stakeholders.

To this end, we are striving to establish an optimal management control system to ensure improved efficiency, soundness, and transparency of corporate management in the changing business environment.

1. Disclosed annually at the time of full-year financial results. Figures are calculated on a non-consolidated basis.

2. At the Tokyo Head Office, CO₂ emissions are calculated using an emission factor of zero for periods during which renewable energy electricity was utilized.

3. Percentage of women in job grades defined as leadership positions, including those in specialist roles.

4. Average rating for "Current Mission-Career Connection" via employee interviews (Max 10 pts). Figures are calculated based on the aggregate response volume from both the first and second half of the fiscal year.
